This qualification is perfect for individuals who specialize in building maintenance, multi-trade repair and refurbishment. Candidates who are multi-skilled in any of the following being painting and decorating, tiling, plastering, roofing, trowel jobs and carpentry and joinery. It gives a great opportunity for candidates to show their real life work skills in their own work environment and if competence is shown will gain a national qualification.
